Open Faced Philly Melt: Noreen’s Kitchen

Greetings! Tonight we are using some leftover London Broil from Sunday’s dinner to make open faced philly cheese sandwiches! Super simple and really quick, you can throw these together in 15 minutes if you had to! You just top a bun with some of the broth then the meat and the veggies, sprinkle or top with a slice of cheese and you have a delicious open faced sandwich to enjoy in no time! You don’t have to wait to have leftover steak or roast beef to make this quick dish! All you need to do is go to the deli at your grocery store and pick up some thin sliced roast beef to heat up in the broth.
