And cut off its fins. Wash the mackerel in cold water. Chop the radish and onion. Let’s make a seasoning sauce. Prepare a soy sauce in a bowl. Add some hot pepper powder, hot pepper paste, minced ginger, sugar, white wine and minced garlic. Stir it to mix well. Put the chopped radish, chopped onion and mackerel in order.
